This page explains what personal data Rihti 33ML collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how to request its deletion.

Data we collect

• Your delivery details: name, mobile phone number, city (and district), address.
• The content of your orders: perfumes chosen, quantities, amounts, delivery fee, reference, order status and history, tracking number.
• Your conversations with us on WhatsApp and Telegram: your WhatsApp number or Telegram ID, the name shown on your account, the language you chose and the content of the messages.
• No account is created on the website: your cart is stored only on your device (browser local storage).

Why we use it

• To record and confirm your orders.
• To prepare and deliver them, and collect cash on delivery.
• To keep you informed about your order status.
• To answer your messages and questions.

Who we share it with

• The carrier in charge of delivery: name, phone, city, address and amount to collect.
• Our order fulfilment provider: the same information, to prepare and ship the parcel.
• Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram: for messaging, when you write to us through these apps.
• Netlify: website hosting and order storage.

These providers may process data outside Morocco. Your data is not disclosed to anyone else, except where required by law.

How long we keep it

• Order confirmation link: valid for 24 hours, then unusable.
• Orders and delivery details: 3 years after your last order.
• WhatsApp and Telegram messages: 12 months.
• Accounting records and invoices: 10 years (legal requirement).

Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object, and you can request the deletion of your data.
