Deleting your data

You can ask at any time for the personal data Rihti 33ML holds about you to be deleted.

How to make the request

Send the word SUPPRIMER (delete):

• on WhatsApp to +212 643 100 184;
• on Telegram to @Rihti33ml_bot;
• or by email to rihtiparfum33@gmail.com, stating the phone number used for your orders.

Processing time

Your request is processed within 30 days. We confirm the deletion through the channel you used.

What is deleted

• Your contact details (name, phone, city, address).
• Your messages and our conversation history.
• Your orders, except for the information described below.

What is kept

Accounting records and invoices for your orders are kept for 10 years (legal requirement), then deleted.

Messages in your WhatsApp or Telegram app, and copies kept by Meta or Telegram under their own rules, are outside our control.
